Fusion is an international youth and community organization which emerged as a creative response to socially-at-risk young people in Australia.
Today, Fusion has over 250 staff and thousands of volunteers in 45 teams and centre’s in Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Greece and Albania, Canada and the Caribbean, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa, India and South Asian region, and Indonesia.
While it began its work among youth, the importance of a healthy and caring community to nurture each new generation has led Fusion into extensive community work in Australia and beyond. Fusion’s services focus on community building and finding a sense of purpose.
Fusion Canada began in 2003 when small group friends in Edmonton decided that they together could make a difference in their community inspired by Fusion's unique approach to youth and community development. Subsequently Fusion has established a centre in the west Edmonton area and is pioneering centre’s in Richmond BC, and Regina SK.
Fusion Youth & Community Society of Canada was incorporated as a not-for-profit society in 2007.

Hey, everyone!
Fusion International's Foundations for Global Transformation and Youth Foundations courses are being delivered in Alberta starting in August!
Foundations for Global Transformation is being held from August 21 to 27. This intensive course focuses on helping us see God with our heart and not just our head, seeing how the machinery of being human often creates blocks in our relationship with God, and helps us understand how better to encourage others to move forward in their relationship with God.
Youth Foundations is being offered in Canada for the first time! There will be two course streams offered in August: one for adults, and Youth Foundations for 12- to 17-year olds who are interested in exploring the purpose for which they were created. Youth Foundations participants will examine the same course content, but will also take part of many additional fun activities.
Both course streams will be hosted by Camp Caroline, located in the foothills of Central Alberta. We will also be part of a hands-on mission experience as we will be delivering an Open Crowd Community Festival in a local town.
The “Foundations” course is now transferable for credit to King's University College, Grant Mac Ewan University, and the University of Alberta.
This training is being offered as a partnership between Fusion International and Taylor College and Seminary.
